unreliable shuttlepoor maintenance

the advertised shuttle to the beach wasn't reliable it often ran late and was overcrowded also the variety of drinks at the bars was limited after midnight only a few options were available the staff seemed less attentive during these late hours this made evenings less enjoyable than i had hoped for i found the service inconsistent after dark. also some areas were not well-kept for example broken tiles around the pool and faded paint in the corridors detracted from the overall appearance.

It was a excellent trip. The hotel staff treated we guests with respect and friendliness. Mr (Mohamed Mohamed Abdel Salam) the reception manager were pretty good too. I will choose the Sun Rise Group for my next vacation, especially Remal Resort.

Food quality was bad. There was little to do at night. The bar served just coffee and water after 12. Cold water was not always available in all bars, that I think is bad.

The main restaurant features a breakfast buffet with fresh pastries and fruits. Lunch includes grilled meats and salads, I saw. Dinner offers theme nights with various international cuisines, what I enjoyed a lot. The staff provided prompt service.

The standard room has air conditioning and a private balcony. The room includes a minibar, what is restocked daily with water. A safe is available for storing valuables. I appreciated that.

The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. Concierge services can help with excursions and transportation. Daily housekeeping keeps the rooms clean. I am very grateful for it.

There are three outdoor pools and a kids club. The gym includes treadmills and weights. A spa offers massages and beauty treatments. I found it nice.

the staff demonstrated high engagement with everyone. i noticed smiling faces and friendly conversations with guests. our room was cleaned daily (thanks to sedik mohammed!) and provided a welcome space after long days exploring.

the hotel enjoys a very good location. the premises offered a wonderful view and sea with good coral reefs and reefs, which allowed easy access to snorkeling and diving spots (bring your own gear!).

I found the rooms to be spacious, and my room featured a large balcony. there was a wide variety of food. I am vegetarian and found plenty to eat. ahmed arranged an early check-in for me, and i appreciated his politeness.
